Information on US Airports
Click here for an airport parking quotation US AirportsIt is no surprise that the world’s richest country has the greatest concentration of airports, including international, domestic and smaller regional facilities. America is a huge nation and the business world here relies on fast travel connections. There is an airport in virtually every sizeable town in the US, while some large state capitals have multiple international airports. Chicago OHare International Airport is America’s air transportation hub, with tens of millions of people flying here from across the US and to destinations the world over. There are four terminals here, most of which are for domestic flights, but all four terminals also serve international destinations. A rail service links the terminals, and trains, buses and taxis run to all points in Chicago. Chicago O’Hare has been voted as America’s number one airport for services and efficiency. John F. Kennedy International Airport is New York’s busiest airport, handling about 30-million passengers a year and it is situated only 15 miles from Manhattan. There are nine terminals at JFK and an express bus service serves points within the city including Grand Central Station. Shuttles, buses and taxis also depart from all terminals. Los Angeles International Airport, or LAX as it is more commonly known, is a very busy airport serving California’s southwest. It is one of the world’s busiest airports, handling numerous world and domestic flights through its nine terminals. The terminals are well distributed to serve domestic, international and specific airlines. Transportation options for getting to the city and farther afield are excellent, with regular buses, shuttles and courtesy vans departing from each terminal. Trains also run throughout the day to LA. Miami International Airport is another of America’s and the world’s busiest airports, handling scores of carriers and flights to more than 150 worldwide destinations. More people pass through Miami than JFK in New York, yet the airport only has a single terminal building with eight concourses. There are a couple of different rail options for transfers to the city and beyond as well as shuttle vans and taxis.Essential Travel airport parkingWe supply airport parking at all major UK airports.Aberdeen airport parking We offer a choice of car parks including Aberdeen Airpark.
