The airport is the United States’ fourth-busiest and it features an award-winning array of facilities and services at its modern, three-storey terminal building.Airport parking at OrlandoOrlando Airport’s Terminal Garage Parking encompasses two sizeable parking facilities, A and B, which are located on either side of the airport building and cumulatively providing both short-term and long-term parking for 9,300 vehicles. The terminal can be easily accessed on foot from both A and B parking lots and most parking spaces here are covered for convenience and vehicle protection. Terminal Parking Garage B has additional parking for particularly large vehicles. Both garages are clearly signposted from the airport entrance roads and feature parking spaces for disabled passengers that are located near the lifts. Parking at these facilities is free for the first 30 minutes, after which normal rates apply. In addition to the Terminal Parking facilities, the Blue Satellite Parking Lot is situated just off Semoran boulevard on Cargo road and it caters to the regular overflow of passengers who are unable to find spaces at the terminal garages. Additionally, the Gold Satellite parking area can be found on Tradeport drive, two miles west of the Blue lot, while the Red Satellite area is situated roughly one mile south of the airport building. The satellite parking areas are served by a round-the-clock, courtesy shuttle bus that provides transportation to and from the terminal building.Getting to and from OrlandoLocated less than seven miles southeast of Orlando, the airport is easily accessible by car.
