There are no regularly scheduled passenger flights, and no customs or passport clearance. The single-level terminal, with one check-in desk and one gate, accommodates about 20,000 passengers per year. Cordoba Airport is located six kilometers west of the city centre on the N-437 national highway. The terminal opens at 8:00 and closes according to demand.Airport Parking at CordobaFree parking is available for 60 vehicles in the car park opposite the terminal (also available are 15 long-term parking spaces).Getting to and from CordobaThe airport is a 10-minute drive from the city via the N-437 national highway. Buses run 15 times daily between the airport and the city centre, Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 22:30 (Saturdays 11 times a day, 6:30 – 22:30; Sundays nine times a day, 8:00 – 22:30). Bus fare is about €1. Taxis usually may be found waiting in front of the terminal building; if not, they may be called from the information desk. Taxi fare into the city centre is about €10.The AVE railway station in downtown Cordoba offers an excellent high-speed rail connection with Madrid (two hours travel time) and Seville (less than one hour travel time). There is also a rail connection to Malaga. Amenities at Cordoba AirportThe airport offers very limited facilities: there is just one café, and there are no ATMs, banking or postal services. Car rentals may be arranged at the airport. Passengers who require special assistance or wheelchairs should notify their airline in advance, or call the information desk.
