Flights connect with cities in Belgium, plus many international and transatlantic destinations. One terminal handles all flights, with amenities distributed across two connecting piers. The airport displays art and other exhibitions on a regular basis. Rates here range from €1.80 to €2.60 per hour, with daily rates of €13.70 to €16. Secure long-term parking costs €87.50 per week. A train station is located in the basement of the terminal. From 6:00 until midnight, Airport City Express trains link the airport with Brussels Midi, Central and North stations four times an hour (journey time, less than 20 minutes). A one-way ticket costs €2.60 second class and €4.10 first class. The airport’s bus station is situated below the arrivals hall. Express buses to Brussels city centre run every 20 minutes during peak hours (fare, €3); to Antwerp, once an hour (fare, €8). Metered taxis are available outside the arrivals hall. ATMs and five bureaux de change are situated throughout the terminal. Other amenities include a florist, a hairdresser, and six places of worship: Jewish, Muslim, Orthodox, Catholic and Protestant, plus a meditation area for humanists. Airport shops are concentrated in Pier A and Pier B. Some 34 establishments offer a wide range of products, including Belgian chocolates, tapestries and lace. Throughout the terminal are 16 restaurants and cafés featuring international and regional cuisine, snacks, fast foods and the famed Belgian beers. For business travellers, the Skyport Meeting Centre, situated on the terminal’s promenade level, has 10 fully equipped meeting rooms.
