Is the website secure?

Our Site has been fully tested to ensure all transactions are secure. We have processed many thousands of bookings without a single security issue.

In the unlikely event of your credit card being abused as a result of shopping at this site we guarantee to reimburse 100% of any loses you incur. We will reimburse the first £50 of your loss as, legally, the credit card issuer must repay the rest. However, in the unlikely event of an error occurring we will handle the whole process on your behalf.

The purchase area of our site is secure; this means that we utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event it is intercepted by someone else.

Can I make an airport parking booking for today?

Not a problem we hold an allocation of spaces and inform the car park every time a booking is confirmed.


What happens when I have completed my airport parking booking?

On completion of the booking we will send you an email confirming your booking details. Your booking confirmation will include directions on how to find your chosen car park plus procedures on what to do on arrival.

When will the car park be informed of my booking?

Our car parks are informed of the booking process on completion of the booking. We hold an allocation of space on our system to ensure a space is reserved.


Do my booking times have to be exact?

We only require approximate arrival and return times, unless you are booking a meet and greet service. If you are booking a Meet and Greet car park we will need the time you wish to be met at the Airport.


Can someone call me to confirm my booking?

Please submit the call back request within the contact form below.


What if I need to change my vehicle?

Not a problem if you need to change your car, email us the details and we will inform the car park. Having the correct car details may speed up the check in process on your arrival at the car park. There is no charge for booking amendments of this nature.

Please note:
Not all car parks require car details. If you did not give us car details during the booking process, it's because the car park does not require them.


How do I get from the car park to the airport?

Car parks running a transfer service to the airport, do so free of charge. Please click the more information button next to the relevant car park to view more information on times and frequency.

What about cancellations, amendments & refunds?

Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the day of departure and will be subject to a £7.50 administration charge. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of departure will not be refunded. If bookings are cancelled on the day of travel or afterwards, no refund will apply. No refund is available for unused part stays.

The administration/cancellation fee can be waived for the cost of 75 pence*

*No refund is made for cancellation of car park bookings within 48 hours of the stay date.
