Directions to Purple Parking - Meet and Greet:

You need to make your way to your departure terminal where you will be met by a Purple Parking representative, who will be in uniform and have identification.

Arrival procedures:

The chauffeur will meet you outside departures in the CAR LANE (If using Terminal 1 please use the lower/left section of Departures).

Return procedures:

You will be met outside the terminal again by the chauffeur and you can simply drive your car away. Full instructions will be issued on arrival at Heathrow airport.

Parking procedures:

Your car will be taken to the car park which has security fencing, CCTV, 24 hour security and are holders of the Police gold Secure Car Parks award.

Important information:

Please Note - This service is only available from 5 am.

The chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes after the requested meeting time but will wait longer if you have telephoned to say you are running late.

A charge will apply in the event of non-arrival or cancellation or amendment within one hour prior to your requested meeting/return time.
