Exit M25 at J14a and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 5 and Meteor Meet and Greet Terminal 5.

Arrival procedures:

On reaching the entrance to Terminal 5 follow signs to the Departure Level drop off area.

Drive up the Departure ramp keeping in the right hand lane and drive to the furthest, pulling into the kerb about 3/4 of the way along. You will then be parked across from the 3rd entrance to the terminal on your Left hand side.

This entrance takes you straight in to the Departure Hall and to Check In.

Return procedures:

On the return please clear customs and then call our drivers on 07966 916408 or 07966 916403 to receive instructions to collect your car.

Important information:

Your car is collected and returned to the airport terminal. You are met at the departure terminal when you arrive back.

Every 10 minutes. Between 11:30pm - 05:00am use intercom points at bus stops to request a pick up.

Cars are taken to a secure compound a fully fenced floodlit site with 24 hour security staff and CCTV.

None. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before arrival.
