Directions to ACE - Meet and Greet:

You will be met at the North or South Terminal as specified in your booking.

Please call ACE Parking 20 minutes before arriving at the airport to reconfirm your arrival time in case you are arriving earlier or later than booked.

North Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the North Terminal there are 3 lanes- take the middle lane sign posted arrivals and car rentals (LOWER LEVEL). Keep in the lane CARS ONLY proceed to the end of the lane.
DO NOT GO TO UPPER LEVEL.
You will be met outside the car rentals building.
Look out for our ACE representative wearing a Black Jacket / Black Shirt with ACE logo, who will be waiting to collect your vehicle.

South Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the South Terminal follow the signs for ARRIVALS stay in the middle lane.
Stay on the LOWER LEVEL DO NOT GO ON THE UPPER LEVEL
Go past the car rentals building on your left hand side, and proceed to the end of the tunnel where on the left hand side are courtesy bus stops 11 &12.
Situated to the right of this is a waiting area where an ACE representative wearing a Black Jacket / Black Shirt with ACE logo will be waiting to collect your car.

Return proceedures:

Please call ACE Parking on entering the baggage re-claim area. ACE meet and greet will require 20 minute notice to return your car to the pick up point.

Parking proceedures:

You are met at the terminal. Cars are stored at a secured car park 10 miles from Gatwick Airport.

Important information:

This car park does not accept large vehicles such as Transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers.

Unfortunately ACE do not accept the following vehicles:- Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Maserati due to high insurance premiums.
