Directions to Airparks East Midlands:

From the South via the M1:
Leave the M1 at Junction 23A, following the signs for Nottingham East Midlands Airport, (A453).
Go past the main entrance to the airport, (traffic lights) and proceed straight on.
Go straight over next roundabout and turn right at next set of traffic lights.
After 200m turn left into Donington Park and Airparks Services is 300m on the left (signposted)

From the North via the M1:
Leave the M1 at Junction 24 and follow the signs for Nottingham East Midlands Airport, (A453).
Go past the airport main entrance, (traffic lights) and proceed straight on.
Go straight over next roundabout and turn right at next set of traffic lights.
After 200m turn left into Donington Park and Airparks Services is 300m on the left (signposted).

Arrival procedures:

On arrival park outside reception and check-in.
Hand in your printed confirmation or quote the booking reference number and your car keys.
Your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal.

Return procedures:

On return simply wait where you were dropped off and our 20-minute bus service will transfer you back to the car park.

Parking procedures:

Cars are block parked by the car park staff in a secured compound.

Important information:

We strongly recommend you arrive at the car park at least 40 minutes before your stated airline check-in time.
During peak periods and rush hours we recommend you allow extra time.

Additional time may be needed to compensate for traffic delays if Donington Park is holding a major event. If you are concerned you can check on www.doningtonpark.co.uk and look under race meetings for the major events.

This car park does not accept mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers even if multiple spaces are booked.

Please note: This car park cannot accept minibuses or high sided vehicles and Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards or canoes on their buses. Additionally East Midlands Airparks cannot accept large vehicles such as Transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers.
